Duplicate Certificate

Class Cost:: $15.00

Use this option to purchase a replacement certificate. After you place your order, send an email to jon@driveslow.com with the following information:

1. Full name.

2. Driver's License Number.

3. Social Security Number.

4. Date of Birth.

5. Approximate date of class.

6. Location that you took the class.

Allow five business days to receive your certificate and contact Jon at jon@driveslow.com or call 703-304-8928 with questions.

Returned Check Payment

Class Cost:: $85.00

Use this option if you have been contacted about a returned check. You will receive an email confirmation withing three days confirming that payment has been received. If you have received a letter or phone call stating a higher or lower amount, you will be charged that amount. If you have questions, contact Jon at jon@driveslow.com or by phone at 703-304-8928.
